The way Angela treated Michael during the tell all, omg! She was far worse than ever before!! She didn't want him talking to anyone in the house, She seemed scared of what He would tell them, I honestly feel that She physically abuses him, Alot!! We just recently went there and the camels just snatch my bucket out of my hand and dumped it on his back 😂😂 and the ostrich are all aggressive. They just want the food. It was very fun. It doesn’t even make sense that Angela is entitled to half of the Go Fund Me money. Those donations were made after the separation first of all. Second, people made the donations to help Michael pay for a divorce attorney and I’m sure they expect that whatever is left over he would either put towards an immigration attorney and/or to help with his necessities. I would think that if Angela was supposedly entitled to half, the courts would be obligated to rule that Michael offer his donators refunds because they didn’t donate money for half to go to Angela. That isn’t freaking logical at all. If I walked up to Michael and handed him $1,000 and said buy yourself something nice, and Angela was standing right there, just because they are married doesn’t mean he has to automatically hand her $500. That money was a gift, like a donation is a gift. I just went through all this donation stuff with my uncle who unfortunately ended up passing a couple weeks ago. Donation money is different than income. Doesn’t matter what state you’re in. Even if they were together I don’t think she would be entitled to it either unless the donators were made aware and didn’t want refunds, because that money was a gift to Michael not Angela. When we set up my uncles donation account I asked a bunch of questions because I had a feeling Angela was going to put this crap out there. I live in PA and from what the banker told me donation money can’t be sued over in divorce court unless the other person was supposed to benefit from it also. Something like damage to shared property like a house or vehicle, money donated to help with a family tragedy…etc. And that is the standard practice across most states because donation money is the same as giving someone a birthday card with a $20 bill in it……a gift. Georgia could be one of those states with weird laws,🤷🏼‍♀️. What I do know is that I definitely don’t trust JY’s research.

The floor plan was online???? I don’t think that this is abnormal. When I was selling my townhome they had a 360 walk through video of like 3 floors (9 foot ceiling) and around 2,000 square feet. Secondary my cousin manages many properties in LA and it’s not uncommon for them to have investment properties; they either film everything with a assistant or they have a general contractor with them; generally they as buyers don’t go tour a house.
